• Contact Credentials: Full name, business email address, and company name captured during diagnostic report gates or inquiry submissions.
• Technical Telemetry: Basic browser session details, device type, and theme selection state cached in your browser's local storage (such as saved scan progress) to enable a seamless multi-step experience.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed strictly for high-value strategic purposes:

• To calculate and present custom GTM readiness scores, diagnostic gauges, and prioritized roadmaps.
• To map your lowest-scoring dimensions directly to tactical action cards linked to our Service Labs (e.g., Strategy Labs, Marketing Labs, NPD Lab).
• To send detailed advisory PDF reports, custom stage benchmarks, and follow-up consultation proposals when requested.
• To continuously monitor and optimize the visual rendering, responsiveness, and performance of our systems.

Note: We do not sell, rent, or lease your corporate or personal data to any third-party marketing networks.

4. Data Retention & Browser Storage

To protect your session progress in case of browser refresh or connection interruptions, our diagnostic tools store questionnaire states inside your browser's local storage (`lc-gtm-readiness-scan`).

This cache expires and self-clears automatically after 7 days, or you can manually clear it at any time by resetting the scan or clearing browser cookies. We retain contact details and scorecard results in our secure database for as long as is necessary to support active advisory relationships and client consultation records.
